24 years of experience in the poultry industry. Previous roles include Farm and Operations Manager for one of the largest egg producers in the U.S. and a Territory Manager for distribution companies.

16 years in the food industry. Previous roles included Plant Manager for a multinational dairy company, Regional Manager in F&B. 14 years in Chemical Manufacturing as owner/partner and a founding member of the Paterson N.J. chapter of the American Association of Textile Colorists and Chemists.
