The Sterilex Ultra Disinfectant Cleaner Solution 1 (Solution 1) used in conjunction with the Sterilex Ultra Activator Solution (Solution 2), was specially developed to enhance an existing sanitation program and solve the most difficult sanitation challenges. It has already been proven that the implementation of a complete Sterilex sanitization program eliminates conditions conducive to bacteria growth, treats proliferation niches, removes bacteria from biofilm and removes biofilm.

Pré-limpeza

1. Remove the filter from the floor and remove the solid residues by placing them in the sludge.
2. For industrial scrapings with heavy grease and fats, lather with a caustic cleaner followed by thorough rinsing with water. If there is no heavy grease and grime, Solution 1 and Solution 2 act as a single cleaning agent/disinfectant/biofilm remover for the scrapings.

Sanitization + Biofilm Removal with Sterilex

1. Add 378.54 ml (12.8 oz) of Solution 1 and 378.54 ml (12.8 oz) of Solution 2 to each 3.78 liters (1 gallon) of water (1:1:10) to the foam generator.
2. Recommendation: Fix the stainless steel connector of the foam line to a dedicated foam manager.
3. Place the stem connector disk over the top of the stem and apply the foam until the entire stem cavity is covered by a dense foam like a beard cream.
4. In the case of a rare chão, replace the filter and place foam until it is covered.
5. It is not necessary to rinse the foam after the application of Solution 1 and Solution 2. The foam should dry out slowly within 10 to 15 minutes.
